For Timberland's 6” Boot and Field Boot, with Inside Tag, we built a creative production around one strange, simple idea: the wearer carries the terrain, the boots don't.
A journey across mud and water where the boots never touch the ground. Subjects hold them overhead through a river crossing, pass them across a muddy gap, tiptoe barefoot rather than risk them. Clothing soaked, bodies covered, the Timberland boots stay clean, treated as cargo worth protecting. Two products, two films: the 6-inch Boot, "Held Higher", and the Field Boot, "Repelling the Terrain". A strategic shift that pulls the icon out of its urban frame and back onto real terrain.
Pitched the concept to Timberland together with Inside Tag, then produced it end to end: creative direction, casting, styling, shoot and edit. Creative and production in one, from the strategic idea to the finished assets.
The wearer carries the terrain. The boots don't.
